This listing is a professional CLEAN Spacious double historical North Buffalo house. Great place for big families or big groups. Two recently remodeled apartments. Washer, dryer, backyard and DRIVEWAY in the beautiful heart of North Buffalo. 25 minutes to Niagara Falls, 15 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to the airport. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Hablamos Español también!
This listing has two living rooms, two full kitchens, two dining room, one balcony, porch and back yard. Each floor has 3 bedrooms. Also we have a pack n play, booster chair and anything you need to accommodate your family and your little ones. For larger groups, this property is an ideal destination for a reunion, family get together, dinner party or wedding. Laundry washer and dryer, towels and all bedding provided. Our home is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and lines, iron hair dryer, and cleaning supplies. We take the cleanliness very serious, we use a wonderful professional cleaning services who's goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a small unit attached to this property and when my parents are in town they stay there. However You will have your own private entrence.

The house was perfect for our weekend. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we reached out. Parking room could easily for 6-7 cars. Decks, outside patio area with a grill, 2 separate fully furnished apartments that could be accessed from inside the house or close/lock the doors if you want to keep them separate. Top floor had access to 2 balconies. Next trip to Buffalo we will be staying here again

This is a great place for big families who want to vacation together. A lot of room and setting. Only thing I didn't care for was the mattresses on the beds, other than that it was great!

Other than only having 2 bathrooms for 14 of us, the rental worked well for our family gathering in Buffalo. The 4 queen beds were comfortable, however the mattresses on the bunks need replacement.

Perfect for large family

Very clean and well equipped. In a perfect location . It's near the cities historic locations, downtown Buffalo and major highways. Also within walking distance of the zoo. Staying in a classic early 20th century 2 family home was nice and also perfect for the age range in our family. Would consider again if we do need to travel up to Bflo for another family event And communication with owner was great too.

A Fun Week

My friends and I stayed at this location for a week and we had a wonderful time. The local area was nice , with everything nearby and walkable. The location was homey and felt lived in We were unaware there was a third floor being occupied by a family member of the owner until we arrived, but while this was a slight inconvenience we would have appreciated knowing beforehand, it didn't cause an issue during our stay as she was very nice. owners were easy to contact and very responsive. The upstairs kitchen was good for working in. If we ever visit Buffalo again we'd love to stay again.

Needs Major Cleaning & Updates

The 6 bedrooms consist of a downstairs & upstairs apartment. The downstairs upon entering had a very pungent order. Maybe from stale & very damp air… spent the majority of time upstairs because of this. House in desperate need of deep cleaning & updates. Sheets were stained, one with a wad of gum stuck right on top. There was bread and used paper towels in a few downstairs rooms. Very disappointed overall and the host response was they will let their new cleaning crew know. Wow, thanks for nothing.

perfect rental for a large group

our stay was wonderful! the space was clean and comfortable, the host was communicative and accommodating, and the location was perfect. i don't think we could have found a better space for our group of ten. we attended a buffalo bills game and there was no problem getting a rideshare either way. there were plenty of walkable options for food and drink nearby. overall 10/10, would 100% stay again.

This play had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Buffalo. We had SO much space for just 8 of us. We loved that there were two floors with pretty much identical set-ups, the place was so beautiful. Communication was also great when we ran into problems! Overall a great stay.

Spacious unique double home

My large family, in-laws, and sister in law with her 4 kids rented both floors of this listing. The kids loved going through the internal staircase between the 2 floors. The home is older and has lots of charm. Door locks are very convenient, no keys needed. Accommodated little children with pack n plays and high chair. Communication with owner was easy, a screen door wouldn’t close and we took care of it ourselves and let the owner know right away. No problem. Lots of parking off streets made it safe for all the kids. It was nice to have 2 washers and dryers available for such a large group. We had a great experience! Would definitely recommend this listing.

Short Family Vacation

The owner wasn't up front about their parents living on the top floor(3rd floor). In a previous review, someone mentioned the surprise of the owner's parents residing at the location. I would have expected notice from the owner advising of parents living at the property prior to our visit. I was disappointed that the owner decided to disclose this information the day of travel and check in. The house was clean and nicely kept. However both side rooms leading out to the balcony had blinds that were broken (missing blinds, cracked, etc.). At night, the temperatures dropped significantly. The A/C units are blotted into the window so there was no way of closing the window to warm up the rooms ( the thermostat temperature was raised to make the night comfortable). Overall the location was great as it was close to amenities.

Our place is in walking distance to many of the restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques and shops on or around Hertel Ave. Just couple minutes from our place you will find the Buffalo Zoo, Delaware park, Science Museum and more.
