Enjoy close proximity to the 4 Aspen ski areas for winter enjoyment and cross-country skiing on the golf course right outside the back door. The house has a main floor master bedroom wit 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. With a large yard and 3 spacious decks, it is the perfect house for entertaining, relaxing and planning for adventures around the Roaring Fork Valley. There is a clubhouse, year round swimming pool and gym available for use along with nearby hiking trails, bicycle paths and river sports.

I have rented this property out for short-term rentals for 2 summers to all 5 Star reviews! I am looking forward to sharing this beautiful, peaceful and comfy home for longer stays this winter. This valley is the perfect place to get away from the ordinary and start an adventure!

River Valley Ranch is a true neighborhood where people share the outdoor spaces, walk their dogs and stop to stay hi to their neighbors. It is 5 minutes to the heart of Downtown Carbondale, all the arts and restaurants adjust moments to shopping. Aspen and the 4 World Class ski mountains are 40 minutes away and the family-fun Sunlight area is nearby as well.

What makes this property unique

This home is very warm and inviting with both fabulous entertaining areas and quiet spots to settle in with a good book. It is perfect for a long term rental as it comes complete with a fully furnished gourmet kitchen and even a piano for anyone musically inclined.
