Modern luxury meets the beach at this 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath oceanfront home built in 2016 with private patio, 2-car secure parking, air-conditioning, and panoramic whitewater views from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. This former model home showcases refinement and harmony with high-end finishes and tasteful decorating. It's located in the heart of downtown Oceanside just steps from the water on The Strand: Oceanside's landmark one-way lane right on the water. Spend evenings watching the classic SoCal sunset from your private patio, or take a walk to the world-famous Oceanside pier for dining, fishing, ocean gazing, or surfing. Dining, nightlife, and shopping are just blocks away in Oceanside's burgeoning downtown.

This home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The patio is equipped with seating for evenings spent watching the ocean and enjoying a perfect Pacific Ocean sunset.

The Space
This 1400 square foot, ground-floor condominium has a comfortable living/dining area adjoining a large open chef's kitchen. Primary bedroom has king bed with luxury linens and private full bathroom. Second bedroom is en-suite and has queen bed with luxury linens. Living room has a couch with foldout queen bed.
Living room and primary bedroom open to oceanfront patio. There is an additional half bath.

The Property
The property is separated from the beach by a narrow, one-way, 10 mph lane affectionately known as “The Strand,” perfect for walking, skating, cycling, and cruising! The road is protected by a rock seawall which reveals a quaint sandy beach at low tide. At high tide, a broader sandy beach is just a short walk away. Parking is in a secure, gated underground parking lot with two reserved parking spaces.

Guest Access
Guests must present picture identification upon arrival. Home is secured with electronic lock. Check in is at 4 pm; check out is 10am.

Directions
Home is accessed via a one-way frontage road: Take First Street west, then turn left on South The Strand. The two-story, sixteen-unit structure has a parking lot gate in the middle of the building. Your access code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. There is additional street parking east of the building on South Pacific Street.

Absolutely loved it. Beautiful place at a beautiful location on the south end of the strand, perfect for a nice relaxing walk in and out of the main part of town and the pier. We might try to book this place again next year too.

Homs away from home!

Great location, excellent amenities, amazing service. We loved having coffee every morning and wine every evening while listening to the waves and enjoying the incredible view. The home was well stocked with plenty of amenities, games, and supplies. Access was easy and convenient. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home and we look forward to returning.

What a wonderful home in an amazing location! Everything was exactly as pictured, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Property management was very helpful and responded to all questions almost immediately. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We were looking for a property in Oceanside that had a pretty ocean view, had parking that wasn't on street, had enough space for 5 people to be comfortable, and had plenty of eating options around the area. This place hit all of those marks. Upon arriving, we had a hiccup trying to get into the gate. Phone service is almost non existent, but we were able to message with the company to get prompt help. Walking into the unit we noticed that it was very clean, the pictures are spot on, the ocean view was beautiful, and the temperature was comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. The pullout bed in the living room had nothing but praises about comfort. If you are looking for quiet though, this place is not it. There is constant traffic of cars and people walking outside of the unit at all hours. This wasn't bothersome for us. We used the grill and it worked great. The beach gear was great, we even left behind a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. They do offer beach towels, and brought more bath towels when requested. We were there during a "heat wave" and the ac did great. Getting out of the unit in traffic is stressful so for quick things needed, walmart delivery was a great option. Lots of cooking utensils, pans, and things needed to cook a meal. Was in the perfect place on the strand for a quick morning walk down to the pier. Coffee near by and lots of eating places. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you for having us!

Look no further, book this unit. We've stayed in numerous places along "The Strand" and this by far has been the best. Clean, fully stocked and the location is fantastic. They use Casago as their Property Managment Company and these people are amazing. Literally anything you needed was there all packaged by Casago. There was even a bag of chips and salsa waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We will definitely book this unit again,
