Overall the accommodation's and location were excellent for our stay. The building and parking facilities just suited our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who is coming to the city for a few days.
We enjoyed our stay. Since it was a corner apartment with floor to ceiling glass on a high floor the views were great. The furnishings were cozy and nice.
Great location. Beautiful corner view of the city skyline!

One large shade missing, one smaller one, broken bedding cabinet, toilet paper stuck in holes of bathroom where rack might have been, lights in bathroom are poor at best and vanity lights not working, unhappy fire inspectors checking the place out, thermostat batteries corroded beyond belief.

The property was lovely. For the most part it was clean.
Sadly the floor under the cupboard and chairs was not clean. Food on the floor.
Master bedroom had 1/3 lights working at the sink. There were holes in the bathrrom wall where shelves must have cone off. No shower gel or soap. Only hand soap.
Lights didnt work in the other bedroom. No.laundry detergent.
Considering we paid for cleaning. We shoukd have had it fully cleaned. I never went looking, i do push ups in the mornings thats when i noticed how dirty the floor was.
Owners answered my call immediately. Over all was clean. I would stay there again onky if it was ckeaner and had supplies which was shared were there.

Cleanliness 6/10As others have mentioned, the apartment is dusty & a bit banged up. Towel racks & toilet paper holders are broken. Bedding, kitchen, & tub were clean. Check-in 7/10As we were traveling from the States with no cell service in Canada, we would’ve appreciated notice about parking & check-in at least 24 hours before arrival. I had requested a reserved parking spot during our booking process, though there was no confirmation or instruction on a parking reservation…we just had to show up and work it out at that point (more on parking & the host’s poor communication later). Their cleaning service was also delayed, therefore our check in time of 4pm was not upheld, though the host did inform us of the delay. Communication 2/10Here's the primary reason we won't return to this location. The hosts seem inexperienced in dealing with issues professionally. Their responses & even their welcome booklet are not professional, with wording like, ‘don’t steal our stuff’ & assuming that guests do not know how to count regarding assigned parking spots. Our biggest issue was with parking. When booking, we requested a parking pass & didn’t receive any details until we arrived. To keep it short, there was another car in our “assigned parking spot” twice, & we were given an 80 ticket the night we did park in the assigned spot.10/10 on location - great view of the Canada Life Center! The hosts will likely have a rebuttal - that's ok :) You'll have to decide for yourself.

Awesome View and…..
Normally I don’t leave mixed reviews. But in this case, this Condo has a lot of potential and I felt it was important for the sake of the owner to know our thoughts.
First the good!
The view from the 18th floor was amazing. The location of was perfect and central to alot of the downtown attractions. Overall, it was comfortable and just perfect for three buddies traveling together.
Now the not so good!
When we walked in, the AC was off on a hot day in a unit with all windows. Clearly the owner has had issues with noisy guests with clear warnings in the user book so that had us on pins and needles for part of our stay. The condo was not very clean, with a lot of grit on the floor, the top of fridge has never been cleaned, lots of debris between couch cushions and several light bulbs were out.
There were only three coffee pods in the entire unit for 3 men on a 3 day stay so we bought our own coffee. And we had laundry to do but again there was no laundry detergent or dryer sheets so we bought some. In addition, there were no top sheets on the beds and no bedding set aside for the couch bed.
There were also some maintenance issues. The master bath shelf had been partially ripped off the wall, a door on the living room TV stand was broken and falling apart. Last, the front door lock was confusing and took three well educated men several minutes to figure out.
Would I stay here again yes but I would definitely ask the owner to make some improvements. Lots of potential.

If you don’t like me leaving mixed reviews, maybe you should give the owner a courtesy and give them a message regarding these things before you leave them public
The bedding for the couch is in the couch. If it’s not in the couch it’s in the TV stand. There is always bedding for the couch. There’s extra lightbulbs above the kitchen covered over the fridge.
The AC is off because the guest who checked out before you had it off not everybody likes A/C
There should have been more coffee left. I’m not sure why the cleaners didn’t leave Moore. We do not see reply laundry soap or fabric softener as it is taken after every stay. We are a small business and we are unable to supply bottles of laundry soap and have them go missing after every day so we no longer supply. It is not in our list that we do.
The clear warnings are for no partying. If you don’t plan on partying, then you should not be walking around on pins and needles worried about getting in trouble.
Again all of these things could’ve been sent to me in a message to give me heads up or to inform me that something was wrong because possibly we could’ve fixed it while you were there, telling you to look inside the couch or the TV stand for the bedding for the couch or where you can find the lightbulbs maybe it would’ve been better for you to give us a heads up
We were not given the opportunity to stay in the unit we booked, due to a licensing issue. The unit we were put in was not the one we booked, nor the one we were assured to be switched to (which was a penthouse corner unit) Our unit was small, dingy, unclean, with burned out light bulbs throughout. The mechanism for pulling out the hide a bed was broken, and the bed that pulled out was filthy, with trash and food underneath the bed part and dirt and food debris on the upholstery. There was not enough coffee grounds to make even 1 pot, with no filters. We booked for 3 nights! There were no top sheets on the beds, just a fitted sheet, then the comforter. Not sure if the comforters were washed. The balcony glass railing had some kind of whitish stuff sprayed/splashed all over it...just gross!! The beds had food debris, trash, and crumbs under them...the whole place just felt unclean. We were not provided with a parking pass, which we were assured we would get. We were not offered a price adjustment for the switch from the beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit we booked. Just snarly messages from the host who said we should have cancelled and stayed elsewhere if we weren't happy. She admitted to cancelling someone else's booking to switch us to the unit she moved us to. I have filed a complaint with Vrbo, and hope they can restore my faith in this booking app. We were very unhappy with "Carly" and her unit.
