It was very hot and humid and it said they had air conditioning which was false. They had some thing that blew air but the apartment was consistently 6 to 10 degrees hotter than the outside temperature. It was never lower than 80 in the apartment and my family that I was looking forward to spending time with left after the first day. If I was here in the winter I would have given it a 5 but I really want to give it a 1 for the summer. It was clean and nicely decorated. No soap in the shower and compared to most vrbo's there were essentially no condiments which most have been today. Bring your condiments and soap and stay in the winter.

Amazing communication from the host and the space was exactly as described. It was perfect for our USMMA parent’s weekend as it had laundry and an iron for uniforms. Beds were comfortable and the towels were clean and fluffy, plus plenty of hot water all five of us. Absolutely recommend the space for future stays.

Staying here was cool. Only thing was there is no tv in the second bedroom and there were no face towels. We didn’t realize this until it was time to bathe. Reached out to host via Vrbo messages about face towels and no response.

Best taco truck ever!

Overall, the apartment was nice. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The washer/dryer combo was nice after a long lacrosse tournament day in the rain.The best part was the taco truck right around the corner from the location. We ate there two nights in a row!Thank you.

Pleasent surprise

Comming here to the jones beach theater for a concert was exhausting i picked this spot and was very happy to see good amout of security to get into the building and out. 20 mins from jones beach theater and very cozy. Super clean If you need a spot to say overnight this was perfect for me and my family

Wrong entry code provided: The host initially texted the wrong code to access the key.30 minutes outside in heavy rain: My husband was standing in soaking rain for more than 30 minutes trying the incorrect code.Correct code sent separately: The host had sent another four-digit code in a separate message, That code finally worked.Bedroom was locked: We were unable to properly access the bedroom, requiring my husband to go to a hardware store and purchase tools to unlock it.Property was extremely hot: When we entered, the temperature inside was approximately 88F.Roof was leaking: There was an active roof leak with a puddle of water inside the property.No immediate assistance: After reporting the leak and AC problem, we were told it was too late to send someone that evening.Delayed repair: Someone did not arrive until approximately 5:00 PM the following day.We had to assist with the AC repair: I had to help the person who came to fix the air conditioning.AC repairs were incomplete: The bedroom AC units were addressed, but the living room AC was not properly fixed.Roof leak was not repaired: Despite reporting the problem, the leaking roof remained unresolved.Significant inconvenience: We spent considerable time dealing with access problems, excessive heat, the leaking roof, and repairs instead of enjoying our stay.Additional expense: My husband incurred an additional expense purchasing tools from the hardware store.Compensation requested: Refund 50% at least.

Updated and spotless!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted something a bit nicer, homier, and more spacious than a hotel room. This cute, spotless, updated rental was perfect for our needs. Beds were also super comfortable!

This was a great place that was affordable and only decent location for us going back and forth to Queens. If you don’t mind 25-35 min drive. There was a decent food truck that came at night a block away. The accommodations were solid.
