So disappointed!

We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. Pets are welcome, but there is not a place to walk them that is not covered in stickers. 4. The day we were checking out, the water shut off at 10:15 a.m. 5. The email I received when I initially booked showed check-out at 12. The message the property manager sent stated check-out at 11.
