We enjoyed the property! Spent evenings outside around the fire and enjoyed playing pool and grilling. Our dog loved freely roaming the grounds. Was a great location near Talent and Dubuque. The lighthouse was fun to climb and made for a great view.

Relaxing, fun, dog loved it and sitting by the bonfire or on the deck was very peaceful. We really enjoyed it! The guys went up the lighthouse but I do not like heights, so I admired it from the deck!

Coming from a residential neighborhood, we so enjoyed the size of the property - very large! You could easily enjoy yourself just staying on this property, playing games, playing fetch with a dog, having a picnic. The sunrise was beautiful behind the lighthouse from the dining room table - a postcard ) The downstairs bed was perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well for dishes, cooking, utensils.

The lighthouse bungalow is a wonderful place in the country! The home is cozy and comfortable. Very close to many small towns and places of interest. We enjoy staying here especially because it is so laid back and quiet!
