Welcome to Sand Dollar Lane! A hidden gem in the friendly private Sundowner Park community with a seasonal pool open memorial day- labor day. We love to hear others vacation joys as much as we enjoy our own time in ocmd! Smart Tvs in both bedrooms and living room. Outdoor shower, storage shed, 2 adult beach cruiser bikes. Bed and bath linens are provided at no additional cost to you. All the amenities for simple beach life! Walking distance to North Side park. Gorman Park 1 block away, bus stop steps away and the beach across the street! Love your time in ocmd with the simple beach vacation amenities provided, while having a budget friendly stay. Service animals are welcome, but our community does not allow pets from guests. Let our home be your home for your stay!

We love this place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is conveniently situated close to the beach and has a pedestrian crosswalk to safely cross Coastal Highway. It is a very quiet neighborhood with the friendliest neighbors. Sam, the neighbor in front of you is your go-to for all the great food that OC offers. He is such a wonderful gentleman. Parking is easy and abundant, with many amenities within blocks. The home is cozy, clean and well stocked for anything you may need. Heather and her husband sure don't withhold comforts of home away from home. Check-in/check-out instructions are easy to understand and simple, which is what you want while on vacation. Heather is super easy to communicate and she responds quickly. She is so thoughtful and sweet. I highly recommend booking this quaint little gem.

Cute little place

It was a very cute little place, easy access to the beach, about 25 minute drive to the boardwalk. Overall it was good. We enjoyed our stay.
