The privet guest suite has all you need for a comfortable stay in Silicon Valley. It features a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and two bedrooms that face a shared outdoor garden. The sitting area in the garden is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or dinner with some friends. The BBQ and fire pit are also great for having dinner outside on warm nights.
This guest suite locates in a central but quiet neighborhood in Fremont, a 5-minute walk from Fremont central park with a beautiful lake, walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, and Aqua Adventure Waterpark. Major freeways, restaurants, and shops are a short drive from the property.

-Lock the entry door -Close the gate and place the other set of keys in the safe lock box using the code provided in our listing -If you could message us when you leave the house, it would be great
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Park on the left side of the driveway (preferred, since parking on the street may be limited), to not block the garage gate

Convenient access to the Bay Area with a lovely view

Convenient access to all major roads and locations in the Bay Area. Hosts were delightful to meet.We enjoyed some down time enjoying the peaceful backyard. It was like having a personal botanical garden.

Great Hosts

The stay was very quiet and peaceful with the only exception of fresh avocados falling onto the roof once in a while, LOL. We enjoyed coffee and mimosas in their backyard serenity. Check-in was super convenient and overall place was nicely done, including games and darts for kids. In our situation, there was an unusual circumstance that was incontrollable by anyone and the owners were more than willing to accommodate and quick to respond. My only slight at our stay was that I am older and the mattress was softer than I liked, otherwise, great place for the price.
