Pets: • This unit is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs under 30lbs. • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog • Dog bowls, toys, blankets, and poop bags are available
Parking: • Parking for one compact car • No garage available • Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

The property was as advertised - a bit dated and cozy but perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Property manager was super responsive to our questions and the location was great for walking to beach or restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We would rent it again. The only 2 things we noticed was that a lamp is needed in living room, the overhead headlight is to bright. Another good idea would be a lamp or lite over the sink.

The location was great for walking to the beach and all over There was a lamp with a broken bulb, and the broken bulb base was still in the lamp. We emailed the property and they fixed the lamp.When we went to make coffee the first morning, the pot still had old coffee in it, and there were old moldy grounds in the dispenser. and brought us more coffee grounds.
