We've hosted rock stars, movies stars, major league sports athletes, and many corporate executives. This is an exceptional go-to place for upscale, private, and secure living. Most of our clients are repeat guests, and we hope you will be as well.

You'll be living in a quiet, upscale community, near the Lakes, Canyon Gate, Summerlin, nearby waterfalls, ducks/geese wild birds and many mature trees and walking/hiking trails. This is the ultimate in suburban living within the city.

All bedrooms have giant, California King beds.
Oversized large lot, excellent foliage, fruit trees and flowers (when in season). Pool** with fountains, relaxation Spa**.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return GARAGE REMOTE controls to kitchen. ($125 replace and reprogram cost each)
Turn OFF Air Conditioner or Heater.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must sign a lease per HOA (Homeowners Association) rules prior to arrival. And include a current government ID with photo.
Guests must park in garage at all times. If oversized vehicle, must park STRAIGHT in the driveway (NOT diagonally). OK to block sidewalk if necessary.
Please REMOVE shoes on carpet areas (or $700 fee will be assessed for carpet cleaning). POOL heater $100/day. SPA heater up to 2 hours/day included)

Gorgeous Summerlin Home

We had a wonderful time staying at the house for a couple weeks in December. Off strip vibes with easy access to everything. This is the perfect location in Las Vegas! Dave was a great host and has an awesome house with all of the things needed to feel at home. Highly recommend

Great Find!

We came to Vegas to attend a music festival. Didn’t want to stay on the strip with all of what the Vegas life offers. This how was perfect for four couples. Everyone had their own room with a full bathroom. Great location, tons of places to eat that don’t break the bank. The pool was nice too but was freezing cold water, you can have it heated for an extra charge we just didn’t do that. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and Dave was very responsive and always communicated well with me.

Excellent neighbors! Many mature trees, larger homes on large lots. Waterfalls and green spaces make it a great neighborhood for local jogging or walking.

What makes this property unique

My house is ideally located near the strip and also near downtown summerlin. I can find anything within a 5-10 minute drive. This is a gorgeous, well maintained giant house. Plenty of room for everyone. Professionally decorated interior makes for nice, and cozy.
