Features include 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, with addition of a new hide-a-bed sofa for additional guests, home sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has a full bath. Upon entering this home, you can’t help but leave your worries at the door and CHILL. Kitchen design features Hickory Cabinets and spacious island to accommodate all your needs, complete with full size Refrigerator, Range/Oven and Dishwasher. Open concept to play games or just enjoy family time. Spacious open air Covered Porch allows you to CHILL in any weather and enjoy everything from your favorite beverage and meal to that book you’ve been saving. Outdoor features include a large picnic table and fire pit with ample seating. Just a short walk through a tree lined path to the water. Enjoy the beach club or take a ride on the lake. Get some early morning fishing in or afternoon watersports. Kayaking or just playing in the water. There is a boat landing just up the road to put your boat in or rent a Pontoon with the Cabin. There is a larger sandy beach at the boat landing. There is always something to do in the town of Rome. We love meeting new people and treat the owners home like it is ours.

Why they chose this property

We love the area because of all of the activities. If you love to fish, take a ride on the boat or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet this is the place for you. You can take a lawn chair and walk down to the beach club and read a good book and enjoy the boaters out on the lake. There are always activities going on in Rome. Friday the huge farmers market is from 9 to 1. Take the kids to the splash pad or play miniature golf. Something for everyone including great places to eat.
