The house was fantastic, very clean! We had some issues with the lock, thankfully the hosts were diligent with staying on top of what needed to be done. Communication was great surrounding that as well. Would stay here again!
Clean, quiet, well appointed, for my purposes well located. You should say in your advertisement that all the bedrooms are in the basement and that there are other units in the house.

The place was super clean and matched the description online. Close to downtown took 8 minutes by uber if that. Very well worth the cost. I will definitely stay here again when back for business
We were in Winnipeg for a family event and chose this property because of the close proximity to The Forks and Exchange District.Great stay. Property was excellent. Very comfortable. Beds were amazing. Nice to have a couple of bathrooms! Very quiet area, easily accessible. Would definitely book again. Host is great. Very quick response.

Totally misrepresented in advert and picture of property! lack of info about access to all 3 bedrooms which were in the BASEMENT down 15 steep stairs ! Not a window was able to open. Being 3 X 70/80 yr olds, only 2 of us could stay due to the stairs. Unacceptable comfort access, for us OR a family with small children!!!! And its only a " new property" facade from the front street. The actually access is from a back lane, with very unwelcoming untidy and unkempt (rubbish) yard. There were smaller inconveniences with this choice of property too trivial - you guys would do well do dump them. Dodgy. M & JP
Overall great stay. Owner was very responsive to the couple small things that came up. Great location - 5 min drive to The Forks - gorgeous evening walk. Close to grocery stores for quick pick ups and about 20 min from U of M campus (purpose of our trip). Would stay here again!
This has been one of the best places that I’ve stayed at in Winnipeg. It’s so cozy and welcoming. We were left a bottle of wine for our stay which was such a nice little touch. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to everyone.
VRBO provided what was needed with the exception of the TV.The property description said that there was access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney. I took this to mean that access included actually being able to use them. Instead access meant only that they were on his smart TV but that we had to provide our own account and password. Quite disappointing. Also, there was no access to any TV stations as there was no cable subscription. Disappointment for us.Otherwise the stay and facilities were good.
This was a great property. All the amenities you need, close to downtown and nearby restaurants. We stayed there with 3 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. Highly recommend.
Great location, and great space. The only feedback I have is that the ceiling light was burnt out in my bedroom and the mattress was in bad shape, it was quite worn out and in need of replacement. We tried to contact the host without success. However, we received daily texts from the host including household reminders. In hindsight the messages were likely automated as we were unable to connect with the host to request a future booking. The property was clean and great for our dogs aside from there being no back yard. The neighbourhood was lovely for walking our pets, we always felt safe. Would book again!
The Property was awesome, communication with host was easy with quick response. location was very quiet while very close to amenities. Unit was well stocked with needed supplies. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs. Would stay there again.
