Contemporary and Newly Renovated beach house steps from beach.
We have a contemporary and newly renovated clean, white beach house in Ocean Bay Park. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath + outdoor shower (2 queen beds, 1 twin trundle, crib, in addition to queen size pullout sofa). Great modern kitchen boasts Subzero and Miele appliances, dishwasher, ice maker, wine fridge and upscale appliances. A well appointed kitchen island opens to dining and living room. Dining room accommodates 14 guests. Living room is surrounded in light. Walls of windows, glass sliders and sky lights make this room bright and comfortable after a long day at the beach. Living room includes 2 large sofas, club chair, large flat screen TV/DVR and cable. House includes central air and mahogany floors. A great space for families with kids who like to entertain. Outdoor living area with expansive deck is equipped with grill, lounge chairs and dining table, chairs, and umbrellas. Perfect for BBQ and outdoor entertaining.
Also comes with toys, beach toys, crib, pack and play, high chair, 4 bikes with a baby seat (s), tricycles. Adults can enjoy beach chairs, and a kayak!
Washer and dryer in shed.
Home is near all facilities including tennis, basketball, playground, kids pool and bay. 1 block away from pristine, beautiful, uncrowded beach.
