This cozy beachhouse includes 6 bicycles, 10 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, various beach games, coolers, washer and dryer, spacious/private backyard with outdoor bar, chairs, lighting, umbrellas and grill, and a huge trek deck. This unique home has a main house and 2 cottages. Fenced in for additional privacy and a front porch to have some early evening wine before dinner. Outdoor security cameras. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for dinning. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to ocean beach. All attractions are within walking distance or a water taxi ride away as cars are not allowed in the island!

Loved the house, clean, good location, very toddler friendly with no stairs to worry about, pack and play, my daughter and nephew loved the beach toys, nice location close to town and very responsive host. Highly recommended!

Terrific property and a great owner. Barry is very communicative. The property is in a terrific location - close to the beach, close to town but far enough away to be very quiet and private. We stayed with our family of four, and both my kids had a friend stay for a few days and we fit very well.

Great home and a terrific vacation

We really enjoyed our stay on Fire Island. The location is terrific - steps to the beach, close to Ocean Beach but far enough away to avoid the noise and chaos. The house is well appointed, with a terrific outdoor space and comfortable rooms. The back cottages were perfect for my teenage boys. And the owner Barry is easy to work with. Would recommend!
