I live with my 2 kids in a 5 bedroom and we are renting out 3 rooms to anyone looking for comfortable and cozy place to stay.
Your privacy is guaranteed because we live downstairs and you have the upstairs to yourself.
Smoking is allowed outside the house at the patio and you are welcome to use the laundry
