Fun getaway

We had a fun little getaway at this property. The inside of the property and the back patio were awesome. The air conditioner worked great the bedrooms were nice size. The cove that it was located in, was very calm and we were able to moore the jet skis right there at the property. Overall, it was a great several days.The only downside to booking this property was the neighborhood and neighbors of property were not what we expected, having never stayed in the area.

Great place to stay either for baseball or just to get away for a while

We stayed here for a tournament at Rocker B. It was wonderful to have a quiet place to relax and enjoy sitting on the back deck looking at the lake. House was wonderful inside and out. My wife even commented that I had picked a good one!! Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful views and excellent host!

We stayed here for Christmas with our two dogs and had such a wonderful time. The house is right on the lake and has beautiful views. Sunrise was gorgeous! The house is in excellent condition and has everything you need to feel comfortable at home. The dogs felt right at home as well!

It’s fine for what it is

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. The location is great considering that it is only 8 minutes from the Rocker B, but the location overall is not very nice. The property’s neighbors’ yards were an eye sore and uninviting. The floors were dirty, there were loose screws and fishing equipment in the kitchen, and furniture cushions piled up in the corner of the living room. Overall, it was just not very family/kid-friendly and it seemed like guest hospitality was an afterthought. Luckily, we spent most of our time at the ballpark or at other families’ rentals.

Our family had a wonderful time of fun and games on the lake! What a wonderful home together in! The access to the water was perfect for our pontoon and it was a wonderful back porch to hang out!

Best choice for PK Lake and Rocker B Ranch stays

My family came up for a tournament at Rocker B Ranch and we wanted to work in some time at the lake as well. We had a great time relaxing at the house and the kids really enjoyed the beach area in the backyard. Ian was extremely helpful and the property was very nice. We're hoping to stay here the next time we come through!

Short get-a-way:)

Perfect place for our grandson to fish! Nice place, clean, roomy, quiet. You can fish from the shore, dock a boat or bring your fishing kayak. We didn’t boat and it was still wonderful. We floated on rafts in the cove, so fun! One afternoon while waiting for the sun to go down, we watched a movie:). Very nice time.

Great weekend getaway on the lake.

We had a fantastic weekend! The house was nice and clean, with a great view of the water. The house is in a peaceful “no wake zone” cove. The master bedroom is on one end of the house, with two smaller rooms at the opposite end. The back porch was great to sit on in the morning for sunrises and coffee. The appliances are in great working condition. There was a Blackstone griddle on the back porch, perfect for cooking our burgers one night and our fish catch of the day! The A/C worked perfectly and kept the house cool at desired temperature. The location is minutes from the boat ramp and only 15 minutes from Sandy Beach picnic and swim area. We plan to rent this location again for a future visit to PK lake.

Beautiful place

Our family enjoyed this house and location. The bean bag beds were perfect for the kids. The house back porch is amazing. A place we would reserve again. If you book you might want to bring sheets if you plan to use the blow up or bean bags options. And a skillet if you plan on cooking eggs.
