Large, newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, dining room, two desks. French 1er étage/US 2nd floor with elevator, overlooking quiet courtyard with views of trees, garden. 1930 vintage building in the 15th arrondissement, rue Edmond Roger. Near several metros (La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, Charles Michel, Commerce, lines 6, 8, and 10), many excellent bakeries, markets, restaurants, shopping. Really an ideal location.
Apartment is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine, linens, cooking equipment, fiber-optic wifi and free phone service to most of the world.
