Newly renovated, this charming apartment is close to several healthcare facilities, and a short drive to many central Ohio attractions. The area is rich in hiking/biking trails, breweries, restaurants, and so much history!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished as a flex-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make yourself at home. Enjoy a quiet evening on the private back patio area! Unit is well-appointed!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and just 10 minutes from the north and south ends of Zanesville. Easy access to I70, quick 30 minute drive to Newark, and 45 minutes to Columbus.
Gravel off-street parking lot, with space directly in front of unit.
650 sq ft of comfortable living space. And, an additional patio for outdoor enjoyment
All guests are required to sign a lease agreement prior to arriving. Pets limited to 1 dog, breed restricted. We do not accept any other animals. $250 non-refundable pet application fee, $40/month non-refundable pet fee. guests are required to sign pet policy agreement prior to arriving.
