Welcome to the perfect family getaway! Our luxury, newly remodeled home sits in Delray Beach, a beautiful and vibrant beach town located in South Florida. Enjoy a dive in your own private pool after a day at the beach, sip cocktails under the lanai or take a walk to one of the many nearby restaurants, bars, & shops. This home is the ideal spot for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation.

Every corner of this home has been lovingly and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and luxury. The Space

With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a deep relaxing bathtub and shower. It also has direct access to the outdoor covered patio and pool deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the 3rd a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a luxury shower. All bedrooms have a smart streaming TV.

The living area features a 65” flat-screen TV, a large wrap around nap-worthy sofa, a personal desk, chair, and multi-USB outlets and windows that fill the space with natural light.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits and is equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Dual coffee system, Airfryer and the double door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features a 6-person dining table perfect for your group feasts. There are 4 additional counter stools at the impressive quartz waterfall island.

The Game Room features a card table, a Foosball table, and a wet bar. There is also some exercise equipment (free weights and Yoga mats)
During your visit, please feel free to enjoy the board games, playing cards, books, etc. The Game Room has direct access to the welcoming outdoor space.

The outdoor space is truly a magic oasis! Under the lanai sits an outdoor lounge and a rattan 4-seater dining set, with views of the glistening clear blue pool. Enjoy hours of pool fun, or tan on the sun loungers under the umbrellas. Create the perfect evening of grilling your BBQ favorites for family and friends. The pool may be heated during those chilly days, or cooled for those very warm tropical summer nights.

**Please note there are no pool safety fences, so please watch out for small children at all times.

For those seeking sun and sand, you'll be delighted to know that the beach is just 10 minutes away. Spend your days basking in the warm Florida sun, strolling along the pristine shoreline, or taking a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property.

Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do allow for 1 small dog under 25 lbs (No cats). We charge a non-refundable pet fee and pet- owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.

- There is a Driveway Camera, and RING Doorbell camera. All for our guest's security.

- The garage may have the owners vehicle parked there all year- around. Guests may access the garage to use the washer/ dryer and cleaning equipment.
