It's incredible, how people don't read the house rules, book a place and then because they don't like any rule they were supposr to review before booking, they just give you a bad review. The electricity in PR is very expensive and my rates are low, but I need the cooperation of my guest to maintain the low rates and also give them the option of paying a extra fee of $10 per night to have the air conditioner on, even when they are out the unit. What Valeria doesn't say, is that she never contacted me to tell me that her flight arrived much earlier than check in and that she wanted a early checkin that only informed me when I sent her an email the night before to say hello and that I was expecting her at 4pm. So I myself had to clean the unit until 2am because it was late and I couldn't contact he person that helps me clean, that's how rude I am... Valeria I belief you have not been fair with the review only childish and unconsiderated

I knew Christian was going to write a bad review and the reason is that he didnt want to follow my house rules. First I gave him a super upgrade of a small unit he booked because we are remodelling and the unit was not finished, to an ample 1b/1b house unit, so he had like a 6 time bigger unit for.only $72 dailly fee. One of my policies states that when you are out of the house you should tirn off the a/c or pay a extra dialy fee to have it on 24 hrs. And he wanted to leave the ac on all day without paying the fee. About all the other things he says, if you read any other review that says its a bad location, then you can believe him. We are in a great location surrounded by restaurants, stores, pharmacies, doctors offices, supermarkets, beach; how many times some of my guests tells me that they love my place and that they will like to move here! And the type of windows he mentioned are the normal ones that we use in PR that resist hurracaines. Avout the lock of the door, the previous guest damaged the lock and I waa waiting for the person that fixes it but there is the gate of the street.and the gate of the balcony, so there was security even if the lock of the door was damaged and its already fixed. We are between Condado and Isla Verde in the zone now called: "The New Condado". People love this area because even there are a lot of turists you can mux with the locals and go to restaurantsnd stores that are not in the turist traps. By the way, Christian is not a friendly.
