It boasts a prime location within walking distance to Venetian Village, an upscale waterfront hub for shopping and dining, as well as the Fresh Market, Starbucks, and a plethora of restaurants and other conveniences. A mere 10-minute drive down scenic Gulf Shore Boulevard brings you to downtown Naples and its renowned 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South Historic District. Waterside Shops, a luxury retail and dining destination, and Artis-Naples, an acclaimed performing arts center, are more must-see Naples locations, each located only five minutes north of the home.

Elegant Accommodations: Freshly renovated from top to bottom with no detail overlooked, this expansive vacation home offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a separate office, ensuring generous space for you and your guests (floor plan included in photos). The bunk bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin bunk beds that convert into a king-sized bed (perfect for adults) or extend into a trundle (accommodating up to five children). The office offers a full work-from-home setup with executive desk, dual monitors, docking station and separate private patio with seating and grill. The open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings bathes in natural light, and the well-appointed furnishings create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The home also has a spacious attached two-car garage with new epoxy flooring and custom home gym.

Gourmet Kitchen: The open and expansive fully-equipped kitchen boasts multiple seating areas (a large island with stools as well as a dining table seating eight), brand new state-of-the-art appliances (including a wine fridge), and a comprehensive array of tools, making it suitable for both gourmet chefs and those seeking to prepare a quick beachside picnic. In addition, a brand new Weber grill has recently been added to the private side patio.

Exquisite Outdoor Living: Sweeping glass sliding doors pocket completely to open the living and dining spaces to a private lanai and pool area, replete with four luxurious lounge chairs, a comfortable seating area, and a dedicated covered dining area with fans. Recently added is a big-screen outdoor smart TV centrally located under the lanai and easily viewable from the dining table, the pool and the cushioned seating area. Enjoy watching your favorite sports, shows and movies at all times of day while dining outdoors or relaxing in the pool. The screened-in lanai and heated pool ensure year-round comfort free from bugs, while a custom outdoor kitchen (with a beverage center), integrated indoor/outdoor Sonos speaker system, and custom remote-controlled lanai lighting (see photos for nighttime lighting) enhance your outdoor living experience. Tall, mature landscaping surrounds this outdoor area to create a serene, private escape. The third bathroom also serves as a pool bath with direct access from the lanai area to an oversized walk-in shower, making it easy to rinse off and bathe after swimming or a day at the beach.

Home Gym: Recently added to the expansive garage is a fully equipped custom home gym with adjustable incline/decline bench, exercise mat, full set of premium hex dumbbells (from 5-50 lbs), portable exercise bike and multi-function pull-up / dip station.

Local Culinary Delights: Naples boasts a diverse culinary scene, featuring everything from seafood restaurants serving the freshest catches to upscale dining establishments.
