Welcome to the remodeled studio in Tempe! This studio was designed with comfort in mind—with a newly remodeled kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping/living area space with a queen bed and a futon. Enjoy the Arizona sun outside in the private yard area or relax in the shared pool (not heated). Located minutes from ASU’s campus and Mill Ave., only 12 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You also have access to charge your EV for no extra cost on our 40 amp EV charger that’s shared with the next door unit.

The right place for us

This studio was exactly as advertised and was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there, including a washer/dryer and snacks. Very clean and new furnishings. We will be back!

Everything was good you could improve by better laboring the doors at night. I had multiple people tried to check in with the one across the hall and tried to get in, which was 9 o’clock at night and did startle us

I was down to Arizona for just a few days for some work related items. This studio was perfect for me. Full appliances, comfortable bed, great pillows, easy to operate TV, great clothes washer and dryer. wonderful bathroom with super great shower. Parking a car was adequate too. The neighborhood was sleepy quiet and I felt very comfortable. The location could not have been better for me with access to market, airport, work related locations, etc. I will be back.

Roaches and Horrible A/C

I am writing to file a complaint against the host. I have two videos showing the circumstances I encountered at this property. The A/C was so loud I could not sleep. The room is infested with huge roaches. I woke up after my second night with a huge roach crawling on my hand!! The property manager said they would only refund 50% of the unused nights. This is crazy!! I cannot remain at the property and have left. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR THE 7 NIGHTS I DID NOT STAY AT THE PROPERTY. Why do they get to keep half my money when they failed to deliver a safe and acceptable place to stay.

Dear Grace, we are very sorry for your negative experience. Our AC system gets serviced annually and we have had it checked again to ensure that it is working properly. It does make noise, but not more than any standard AC system we've worked with. Perhaps that was a fluke during your stay. As for the roaches, we are in a desert climate and sometimes have pests that show up. That said, our maintenance staff regularly treats for pests and we have had this property treated an extra time to address the roaches you reported. Please reach out to us offline so we can attempt to make this right with you.
