Full mini kitchen with eat in dining. Abundant king-sized bed and adorable teal storage couch in the bedroom make it an inviting space. The living area has a great big modern electric fireplace, a huge 65" flat screen TV and comfy couch.

The "Big Appleton" theme showcases local black and white images from around the city on large format canvases.
The space
Private drive, I have eight pairs of these cozy duplexes for my extended stay travelers. Lots of new updates in progress freshly presented to our next guests. I love that you have your own driveway and garage, no steps, close to Appleton/Grand Chute shopping and restaurants.

Space is a modest 500 square feet, but well laid out with everything you need.
