Situated on over 300 acres and down a 1 mile long driveway, Blueberry Ridge Farm is a one of a kind retreat that is perfect for those looking to enjoy all the peace and serenity nature has to offer. Built in 1938 by the same architect who designed The Fells, Prentice Sanger, this warm and inviting craftsman home in the woods is sure to leave you in awe with every last detail and nothing but nature out every window. Kept in pristine condition over the years, the house features many original aspects but has updated vintage looking appliances, new windows, 4 working fireplaces and a 2 car garage. The backyard has one of the best views of Mount Sunapee the area has to offer. If you are looking to take a walk in the woods, a private power line trail leads to the year round flowing waters of Ram Brook. If you are seeking to get away from it all, this property is the perfect private location that is only 10 minutes to Newport and Claremont, and just over 15 minutes to Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort and Sunapee Harbor.

All reservations cancelled by the guest up until 60 days before check in are subject to a $100 + 5% of reservation total cancellation fee due to Stripe payment processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
