New in unit laundry (one machine wash and dry), gold inlay retro tile and stonework, waterfall granite countertops, custom design elements and cabinets, and selectively procured period accents to delight our guests. Heavy gold block style hardware and bathroom accessories.

The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. These two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive 78″ built in modern fireplace with 65″ built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade.
