Welcome to Bear Cove Escape — a dog-friendly 5BR retreat for up to 15 guests, tucked away on a 6-acre wooded property just 10 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, 6 minutes from the Wisconsin River boat launch, 20 minutes to Castle Rock Lake, and 25 minutes to Cascade Mountain. • Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and the environment.

• Streaming – Use your own accounts on Roku TVs.

• Security – One outdoor camera near the screened-in porch (faces driveway/garage only).

• Noise Monitors – Minut devices (decibel-only, privacy-safe), set high to avoid normal disturbance but protect neighbors.

• Wildlife – Expect deer, bats, and other animals in the woods surrounding the property.

• Safety – Smoke/CO alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit provided.

• Parking – Free for up to 10 vehicles in designated areas (not on grass).

• Pets – Dogs welcome with prior approval. $125 fee per dog per stay (auto-included if you select “Yes” to pets). Additional dogs require approval and separate invoice. Guests must clean up after pets; extra cleaning fees may apply.

• Guest Verification – Truvi ID + selfie required before check-in. Damage waiver included at no cost to cover accidental damage. Complete verification at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid delays.

• Occupancy – Booking includes up to 15 guests; this must be observed at all times.

House Rules
Strict Violations (Immediate Eviction + $500 Fine)

The following actions will result in eviction without refund and a $500 surcharge per violation:

• Tampering with or disabling security devices

• Exceeding the maximum guest count (15)

• Hosting an unauthorized party or event

• Possession of illegal substances or underage drinking


Additional Rules

• Fire Pit – Fires must remain contained inside the pit. No large or windy-day fires. Guests must clean up after use.

• No Fireworks – Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Trash – Dispose of garbage in provided bins. If your stay includes pickup day, please roll bins to the curb and return them after collection.

• Check-In – Early check-ins only with prior approval.

• Rental Agreement – All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement before their stay. Rules in the agreement and this listing must be followed at all times.
