We are Seashell Cottages! Newly renovated cottages in 2023! Here you will find sleeping for 5 people, kitchenette, new bathroom and screened in porch. Our outside space allows for plenty of space to spread out and enjoy all the amenities including a pool, wood burning firepit, your own personal propane fireplace and comfy seating all around to sit back and relax. When you want to enjoy Old Orchard Beach- it's just a quick 5 minute walk to all the excitement. So close and yet tucked away in a private space. Do we host events? Yes!! Please inquire about our packages for events such as weddings and celebrations. Our space lends itself to a wonderful opportunity to experience coastal living!

This was a perfect spot for my family! The cottages were the perfect size for what we needed. Owners were great and always available if needed, as well as very accommodating! My kids enjoyed having the pool easily accessible when they were finished with the beach, as well as their own fire pits!

We had a wonderful stay. Parking was convenient, the cottage was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed. The hosts were helpful and friendly and were around to chat and constantly maintaining the property. Our favorite parts were the screened in porch, the outside space (seating and fire pit), and closeness to the beach and the sights in town. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time close to the ocean but also private when you are not at the beach. The pool was nice. Owners are always asking if you need anything would definitely recommend

Perfect location

My family‘s first trip to old Orchard Beach and I would have to say this was a perfect location. The cottage Was clean, private, and family friendly. It was a short walk to the pier. The process was quite easy, and the owners were Easily reachable and friendly.

We had a great time. Our cabin was clean, quiet and ocean themed. The outdoor shared space was comfortable. The outdoor pool looked clean, wish the weather was warmer while we were there. Only a couple minute walk to the ocean/pier. Will definitely return.

Fantastic hospitality at Seashell Cottages

I had a wonderful stay with my husband, son, and parents. The property is so coastal cute and very well maintained. The pool was a nice retreat when taking a break from the beach. The property managers were very friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area (food, beach, shops, ice cream). Janet and Karen clearly take pride in their property. Megan went above and beyond in making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay, and my son was happy to follow around his new friend as she walked the property. The cottages are walkable to classic OOB attractions, including the beach, the Pier, Palace Playland, and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely book again!

Awesome Stay

Incredible property! So close to the action while being far enough. So get can easily walk to the beach while being far enough that you don’t get the night crowd at your doorstep. The property is well maintained and the owner are present on site to help with any issues. The rental unit was well equipped and we had no problem sleeping comfortably during our stay, 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is a nice extra as you can cool down from the day at the beach. The only downsides is that your hear everything outside, the train is very present but that’s not the owner’s fault, we could have done a little research and bring earplugs and they’re shared amenities. We got woken up really early by other guests who took a very early morning coffee sitting right under our youngest window. Again, not the owner fault. Just bad decision making by those guests, among others. Do not hesitate to rent at sea shell cottages, we were a bit sad that we couldn’t already make a reservation for next summer !
