Welcome to the Adelaide, a comfortable and conveniently located 2-bedroom, 1-bath home base in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. This newly redesigned space offers a clean, relaxed setting just a short walk from the beach, pier, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
It’s the perfect setup for easy summer days and laid-back evenings—close to all the action when you want it, with a quiet neighborhood setting to come home to and unwind. Ideal for couples, friends, and small families.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.
Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.
Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
