Get in touch with the great outdoors without sacrificing luxury! Wilson Wilderness invites you to explore all the Ozarks have to offer. Explore mile after mile of untamed wilderness and experience all sorts of heart pounding thrills to heart warming chills. Whether it’s learning to fly fish on the World renowned White River, saddling up for a horseback ride through the Ozark National Forest, kayaking the Buffalo National River or just relaxing under a blanket of stars like you’ve never seen before. It doesn't get any better than that or maybe it does….. after a full day of adventure we invite you to come stay in one of our 22 ft. tipis. We have 5 fully furnished tipis….The Deer sleeps 2, the Eagle sleeps 4, the Bear sleeps 2, the Elk sleeps 4, and the Wolf sleeps 4. Our Bear Tipi is furnished with a king size bed, fresh white linens and fluffy pillows for a great night sleep. All of our tipi’s have A/C units and fans for the summer season and heaters and heated blankets for those fall nights. A sitting area for you to relax. A morning kitchen with Keurig and mini fridge (fresh water, coffee pods and set ups provided). Your own personal fire-pit w/ cooking rack or join us at our community fire-pit and make some new friends. Our community building consist of a bathhouse with 3 full bathrooms, a common room with a movie theater, and a full size outdoor kitchen for your use.

Absolutely beautiful place.

We loved the teepee experience and highly recommend. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We just wish we’d had more time to stay on the property and enjoy the quiet.

Great weekend getaway

This place is a great place to stay and way better than expected. The host was extremely nice and gave us a tour of the property as well as the amenities. They have plenty of outdoor games and board games to keep you busy. The tipi was very clean and the room layout was great. The bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of room to get ready in there. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area or need a weekend away.

Super Fun Experience! A+++

We came into town for one day during memorial day weekend, and this was one of the few properties that allowed a nightly rental and didn’t require a three day minimum. We are so lucky it popped up because we had an absolute blast. We are bummed we didn't get to stay longer bc there was so much to do. We watched a tv show on the projector in the rec center, played Connect 4, bean bag toss, the bow and arrow game, and shuffleboard. The bathrooms are large and very private and we all felt very comfortable. There is a large outdoor kitchen that has a Blackstone griddle and a grill along with popcorn and anything else you would need. You could spend all weekend here and never have to leave. The Tipi was one of a kind. It was such a cool design and set up on its own little deck with seating and a private fire pit. Inside there was a king size bed (possible a high end blow up style bed), a mini fridge, coffee maker, a sitting area with lamps, a large fan, and a portable style air conditioning unit which we ended up having to turn off in the middle of the night because it got so cool. The bed also had a heated blanket but we didn’t use that. And it was my wife and I and our 18 month old son. Son he having so much fun ! Brandy met us on site as soon as we pulled up and showed us around and was an excellent host! 10 out of 10.
