3-Bedroom House with Sea-view in a calm complex, with pool.

The house is located in a quiet complex, 3km away from the beach. There is a pool in the community which is hardly used by the rest of the neighbors.
The property has a garden, in which you will find a small terrace with a grill, on the first floor. In the living room there is a 65" Smart TV and Air Conditioning, together with a spacious table.
In the kitchen you will find the basic appliances (toaster, coffee machine, microwave), plus a washing machine and a dishwasher.
In the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with 1.60x2.00m bed and one of them 1.50x2.00. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and a 55" Smart TV, one of them a ventilator. The main bedroom has its own bathroom.
On the top floor you have a terrace where you can sit to enjoy the sunset and views to sea.

We are a couple who lives between Hamburg and Málaga and we are renting our home so that we share the owning costs with potential guests. Therefore, although we take much care of our property and clean it thoroughly, please don´t expect 5 star hotel standards because its not a hotel or a business, but a family house.
