Three Little Birds Canal Home

Welcome to life on the lake! Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family, dear friends & fur babies($85 per pet, 2 max, please consider the yard is not completely fenced). Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year! Fish from the dock in the backyard, explore the canal on paddle boards, enjoy a sunset dinner on the water or visit historical downtown Charleston for a day trip, only an hour drive away! We look forward to your visit!
The space
Enjoy the amazing outdoor space that includes a covered front porch with two rocking chairs, a screened in back porch with four chairs and two rocking chairs, lastly four Adirondack chairs are nestled around the fire pit, all places to surely make some special memories! Our dock will certainly be a favorite during the stay! The horseshoe drive way provides plenty of parking that will easily accommodate guests traveling with boats. There are 2 community boat landings, one is a 5 minute drive, the other is 10 minutes.
2 bedrooms have queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. All mattresses are Zinus memory foam.
The kitchen has butcher block countertops. The appliances excluding the electric range(but it’s in excellent condition) are brand new. The breakfast table seats 4, the dining table also seats 4.
The kitchen is well stocked w: copper cookware. Silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses(also for wine & mimosas) are plentiful. We truly thought of everything!
The living room has an Italian leather sofa, a leather recliner, leather chair & wicker bench for extra seating. It is tastefully decorated for a true lake experience!
There are 2 full baths. Linens, towels(beach towels as well), and hand-towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.
Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric sheets, iron & ironing board are available.
Guest access
There is a storage shed where you will find bikes, grill, lawn chairs & 2 paddle boards. You are welcome to store any extras that you would like to bring along.

A peaceful place

We travelled from NY to SC to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We also had our son and grandson with us. We wanted a place that was within driving distance of the Charleston area but did not want to stay in Charleston. This place was absolutely perfect! The home is well stocked with everything you could need. It is clean, well-stocked kitchen & bathrooms, large yard, fire pit and we especially loved the screened porch. The owners are super responsive. One of our favorite states so far. This will stay at the top of our list. Thanks to Lee & Kim for sharing their little slice of Heaven with us!
