If you are visiting Waxahachie and want quiet and relaxing place to stay, this little gem is the Ace in the hole! It's so cute and extremely clean. Little extra touches and is located less than 5 minutes from the Waxahachie square, it's also less than 5 minutes to a little lake. So, stop scrolling and book this beautiful place. You will love it!

Its a barn apt with livstock . Very well done and great hosts. But if stairs arent your thing, think twice. We love it and will be back

Fantastic Oasis from the Heat

We had a wonderful overnight stay while we roamed about Waxahachie for a couple of days with our two kiddos. The hosts were gracious and even turned on the hottub for us to relax after a long day. Cindi was super responsive and we had everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfy, the pool is awesome, and overall we had a great time. The stairs were a little scary for me at first, (but Im afraid of heights- lol). Would definitely stay there again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Peaceful Night

We loved our stay at this cozy barn apartment. Checking in could’ve been better, we didn’t get any instructions for how to check in so had to call property manager while walking around trying to figure it out. But other than that was a great time. The stairs are a little steep for us short folks, but the cute atmosphere made up for the hike up the stairs for sure. 😊

2024 Totality - Comfortable & Cozy

We really enjoyed ourselves and was able to relax while waiting to see the Total Eclipse, the place has a very relaxing environment and was easy to access, the rooms were comfortable and cozy as there listing says, it sure was way better than having to stay at a hotel with all the commotion that hotels usually have. This was such a wonderful place to view the event with such beautiful surroundings. This being my first Vrbo left me with such a good feeling about using the service again, what a great way to start. We didn't have any issue with the staircase to access the room but if you are reading this review, just be aware of it. Thank you so much for hosting my family. Art D.

Our stay at this beautiful barn apartment was wonderful. The property felt perfectly suited to the old-world charm and country setting of Waxahachie. It has a cozy, rustic elegance that blends beautifully with the surrounding Texas landscape.One of my favorite parts of the stay was waking up in the morning to the peaceful country setting, with the Texas steer, horses, and cows just outside. It was such a charming experience and a wonderful change of pace.The two-bedroom apartment was exactly as described in the VRBO listing—comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and full of character. It felt like an authentic country retreat while still being elegant and inviting.Cyndi was the perfect host. She was welcoming, gracious, and incredibly accommodating, and I especially appreciated her flexibility with my arrival time.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Waxahachie or looking for a peaceful Texas getaway with plenty of charm and character. I would gladly stay here again!

Cyndi and Tom have a beautiful property and are wonderful hosts. So easy to communicate with, very friendly & personable, and great sense of humor. The location to Waxahachie is so convenient. We fell in love with the area. I can’t recommend this property enough and hope to go back one day!
