The bunkhouse features one bedroom with a comfortable twin over queen bunk bed, one full bathroom, a cozy living area with a plush sofa, and a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare breakfast, snacks, or light meals during your stay. Modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and charming coastal décor create a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring the Outer Banks. Designed with both comfort and efficiency in mind, the Jasmine Bunkhouse offers a fun, camp-inspired experience while providing all the conveniences of home. This was by far the best rental that we have experienced. So much to do and see in the nearby area and the property and grounds are amazing, like staying in a Botanical Garden with an outdoor shower to look up at the stars. Would highly recommend to couples.

A wonderful and peaceful retreat. We lucked out and had a few nights where the whole property was just for us. Plenty of space for us and the pup- inside and out. Laurie was super responsive to all our inquiries and Tim the property keeper checked in too. Would definitely love to return one day!

Upon arrival everything was very clean and the check in process was easy, because the host has reached out early and explained everything well. The shower for this specific house was outside, but it was very nice. The host was quick to help with an accidental locked door. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again.

When we arrived check in was very easy. The property was very clean and the inside temperature was very comfortable. The property was pet friendly and we enjoyed our stay along with our dog. We stayed several nights. The home is in a great location close to the Outer Banks. It was very peaceful and quiet and an overall relaxing stay. The Host is very friendly and answered any questions. We definitely would return to stay here again in the future .

Quiet getaway

Was looking for a place away from the busy parts of OBX for Memorial Day Weekend. This was a wonderful find. Cozy, cute, very clean. The outdoor shower was nice with the jasmine growing around and over the top. Was very comfortable during our stay.

An absolute hidden gem in Wanchese! My husband, our cocker spaniel Joey, and I stayed here while attending a wedding over the weekend, and the Jasmine Bunkhouse was exactly the peaceful, low-stress environment we needed. The space itself is incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and so quiet.There is an abundance of beautiful space right outside your door. Joey and I especially loved walking around, smelling the fresh air, standing out at the dock, or just relaxing in the rocking loveseat under the massive magnolia tree to catch the coastal breeze. And the private outdoor shower... wow!!! It was a truly delightful experience.What really sets this place apart is the host, Laurie. From the very beginning when we reserved the space, her excellent communication completely put me at ease. She went above and beyond to design such a lovely sanctuary, and her thoughtful, little touches for Joey made our stay feel so meaningful. We felt right at home. We will search no further the next time we are in town—this is our absolute favorite new spot and we give it our highest recommendation!

Everything was nice and clean very quite very nice gardens all in all very nice place the only things i didn't care for was the rose bush at the door it snagged my close a few time i have bad knees so i hadve to hold on to take steps and the outside shower dose not have very long lasting hot water if you get 5 minutes your good

Prefect little get away

Best little spot! Bed was comfortable for both me and my husband. My son first experience with a bunk bed and he thought it was the coolest thing! It’s was peaceful and quiet. The shower is an outdoor shower but I don’t think I would have had it any other way! They did a great job! Short drives to anywhere Wanchese/manto and Nags Head.

Wedding review

My daughter and I checked in to view Laura’s adjacent properties for my daughter’s wedding. We booked the bunkhouse only so we could view the manor house. Laura is very accommodating. The hot water was not working in the bunkhouse. She gave us the option to have someone come fix the hot water or for us to check into the six sisters lodge on the property for the remainder of the stay. We had a 4 year old with us, so we chose the lodge to give him more space. Bunkhouse is lovely, but small. Best for one person (maybe a couple) or for extra beds when booking the mansion. Laura provided us access to view the other properties interiors the day we left.
