Centrally located to the beach life, this remodeled dog-friendly 3 BR/2BA home is 3 minutes from the beach and less than 500 yards from spectacular sunsets over the Albemarle Sound! From the master bath tile shower to hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this home has been remodeled with loving care. As a guest in this “Y Home", guests have full access to all the OBX YMCA has to offer at no additional cost. (Outdoor pool in season) Restaurants, piers, national parks, movie theatres, grocery stores, and shopping are just a short drive or casual bike ride away. At the end of the quiet, tree-lined street is a multi-use path that meanders along the sound and is perfect for a bike ride, run or leisurely stroll to see spectacular sunsets over the Albemarle Sound. All of this makes this pet-friendly home the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks. (NOTE: Guests will stay on the SECOND FLOOR of the home).

The home is located in a quiet residential area, so Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. NO PARTIES PERMITTED.

Great stay!!

Super clean, nicely furnished and roomy! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and able to walk to the sound. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit to OBX!

August Beach Week

We had a fantastic beach vacation! The house was very clean and had so many nice touches, including bikes, boogie boards, YMCA passes, and a parking pass for a beach access. The owners are local and had let us know that we could call with any problems. Of course we never had any issues, but it was nice to know they were available should something have happened. This is a dog-friendly rental so we were happy we could bring our dogs. There is a sound-side trail that was perfect for morning and evening walks. We have absolutely no complaints about this lovely rental and hope to return next year:)
