3 Bedrooms 4 beds 1 king, 1 queen 2 singles and pull out couch. Family Style Building we will be approving families and Guests 25yrs+ Mature and Responsible. Centrally located place at Simcoe and Queen Street. PLEASE NOTE THAT KEY PICK UP LOCATION (20 Capreol Court) IS ON ROUTE TO YOUR DESTINATION (12 Min driving/ 2.1km to 210 Simcoe) Check maps picture enclosed. Light cleaning once per week, you MUST give access to the maid services.

Acess to Entire Property
Please do not show up at the building and ask for me at the concierge, message or call we will set up the meeting ahead of time, I will meet you at my office 20 Capreol Court to provide the keys and instructions. PLEASE NOTE THAT KEY PICK UP LOCATION (20 Capreol) IS ON ROUTE TO YOUR DESTINATION (12 Min driving/ 2.1km to 210 Simcoe) Check maps picture enclosed.
Check in after 5pm, check out quietly 12 noon
Please reduce baggage to a minimum if possible, bring through the elevator underground parking level not the Lobby. Parking garage is through an elevator system, and this will be explained.
