Minutes away from rafting, hiking, shopping, & dining this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect resting place between the many adventures to be had in Golden, Colorado.
Fully fenced back yard with patio, pergola and gas grill make for a lovely evening after exploring.
3 Beds + Air mattress for sleeping arrangements.

This is an older home with its own quirks and charms. Please expect that there is some wear and tear on the home as it is an older home.

We use organic cleaners in this home only.

Yard area is for guests use, please clean up after your pets.

There is an office space on the far back side of the yard with a separate entrance from the alley. Hours of operation are 8am-5pm.
We are local property managers available in person, phone, or app if anything is needed.

The space is a lovely & charming bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a front porch, and patio with pergola, dining table and gas grill.

Updated kitchen space with sunny skylights, a 4 person dining set, and all of the appliances and cookware you would need to cook a full meal at home.

Large living space with smart TV, beautiful French doors that lead to the back patio, and an operating pellet fireplace for your use. Books and games provided for your entertainment.

2 bathrooms: one with a clawfoot tub (located across from one bedroom) and the other one a walk in shower (located in the master bedroom).

Master bedroom: King bed with organic Avocado mattress and 100% organic cotton linens. Large closest, desk with TV and Roku, bathroom, and access to the backyard patio.

Second Bedroom: Bunkbed with 2 Queen sized organic Avocado mattresses and organic 100% cotton sheets. Desk and closet.

Long Relaxing Weekend with our College Age Daughters

Met our daughters in Golden to celebrate a birthday. Loved this little place. Did some hiking in the area, great food and night life.

Great all around!!

We loved the cleanliness, location, lots of amenities!! The beds are super comfortable, our girls loved the queen sized bunk beds. Great outdoor space too! We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable house/good location

We all enjoyed this house. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and this comfortable, welcoming house easily became our "home." You can't beat the location for access to downtown Golden and Highways 6 and 93. We would certainly stay there again.

Super cute and spacious home, fenced yard for my furry traveling campanions. Beds large and very comfortable, nice outside patio, comfortable furnishings, and stocked kitchen if you would want to cook. Location is perfect for dining, grocery stores and local attractions.
