We are only a 7 minute WALK to Starbucks, Clumpies Ice Cream, popular restaurants and local hot spots. A 12 minute scenic WALK downtown puts you in Coolidge Park. From you private parking space, you can drive 4 minutes to the Tennessee Aquarium or Whole Foods. Our home offers everything you will need to enjoy your stay including Wifi, and a Smart TV.

Our place will provide you with all of the comforts of home. As a bonus you will be in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Feel free to leave your car parked and wlak to almost everything within 5-10 minutes. If you're in the mood to cook, take a short walk to Whole Foods or Publix and cook your own meal in our fully equipped, eat in kitchen. This charming bungalow is all about location.

Scam

Didn't get an address, went to where was indicated on map but there was no keypad and no communication from host. Called and no answer. Had to get a hotel.

Great location for Head of the Hooch rowers

I stayed here for Head of the Hooch and it was a lot easier than staying on the south side of the river in downtown. We were even able to find a place to have a large team dinner right around the corner! The space itself is clean and has all the basics you need. The check in is easy and quick and the checkout process is not onerous -basically just clean up after yourself and don’t leave a mess. The neighborhood felt safe for walking even at night and it’s just across the bridge to the craziness of the regatta!

Cute Little Older Home Away From Home

The house is small and quaint. The water pressure and air conditioning worked very well for an older home. The living room is adorable. There were issues with the bedroom doors closing and knobs working that would have been more or an issue if there was another couple with us instead of our children. Getting into the parking pad is difficult if the street parking is full, but it is nice having a designated spot.

Weekend adventure

Overall a quaint space. Close to many things. Parking is a little challenging due to having to park on the street and not enough spaces to park. Does have a parking spot but its too small for a sedan car.

Nice place

Cute little house especially if you're just going to do the tourist stuff you're not going to be there very much kitchen was just fine bathroom a little challenging if you're taller or bigger, few restaurants including First Watch . overall five stars
