Beautiful Ocean View 2 Bed 2 bath condo Above The Beach at Cowpet Bay East

Welcome to the Caribbean Ruby. Your vacation home away from home. It starts with a fully stocked kitchen that is sure to please. It includes a coffee pot with filters, blender, toaster and a microwave over the range/oven. A dishwasher with detergent which makes clean up nice and easy. We have plenty of dishes and silverware, wine glasses, serving platters, pots and pans, a crockpot for set it and forget it meals, even a roasting pan if you are wanting to cook a Roast. There is a washer and a dryer with laundry soap provided. We have King size beds in both bedrooms and 2 sets of towels to keep you clean throughout the week. We also provide you with beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a cooler to keep your drinks nice and cold, You can take these items with you if you decide to explore other beaches on the Island. There is also WIFI for your convince. Included is access to the private pool and hot tub on the Elysian Beach Resort property; just a few minutes walk or short drive from the condo. Enjoy your days relaxing on the beach in the turquoise blue water of the Caribbean. For your convenience, there are two(2) restaurants on the beach, Sangrias and Caribbean Fish Market. For fun in the water, rent Kayaks or other water sport toys at the rental facility right by Sangrias on the beach. (Bring a Passport you might you decide to charter a boat to one of the British Virgin Islands). You will fill your days with memories that will last a life time.
Your stay here at the Caribbean Ruby will have you start planning your next trip before you even leave!


If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to sixty (60)** days (or longer) before the commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far; minus a processing fee of 3.5% if the reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than major Hurricanes, if less than (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period.

**90 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

Alice was a great host. She was always available to answer questions and she was genuinely interested in making our visit pleasurable.The condo and property were clean, well maintained and very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped to meet all our needs and the private barbecue was a great feature. In addition, the unfettered use of the neighboring pool and beach was extraordinary.

Perfect condo in the perfect spot

Diane’s condo was great. We could not have asked for more. Everything you could possibly need is there! We cooked dinner most nights and it was perfect for us. There are also two great restaurants just down by the beach if you want to get out. The beach is perfect and having access to the pool next door was so nice. Alice, the on site host, was also so sweet. She was so helpful during our stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would rebook Diane’s condo again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful trip.

My family of four just spent a week at Caribbean Ruby. The condo had everything you need. Diane has a check sheet of places to eat and see. We spoke a couple of times before our trip. She recommended a car rental and a sailing excursion, both were wonderful. The sails excursion was out of this world!

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at this beautiful location. Condo is equipped with many basics paper towels, soap, detergent sunscreen etc which were much appreciate. Ocean views were amazing! Property is 5 min walk from the beach which is mostly up/down hill but there are good steps and handrails and an ability to drive if needed. The snorkeling at the condo was fantastic and we even saw a sea turtle the last day. We also did the day sale with the owners friend Captain Pat which was like lovely.

Girls Trip

AMAZING! My daughters and I came for a girls trip and are so glad we found this place! The location is awesome as far as being close to any and all things, right up the hill from Red Hook and close to the car barge so you can island hop! The local beach and restaurants were great! It is a god bit of walking to get there but that’s to be expected on the island! Alice was thorough and a great host, gave us all the information and insight! The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and complimentary beach chairs and floats! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and overall we had a great stay! Thanks Alice!

The place is fully stocked with just about everything you might need. very quiet community close to everything If I could give a idea what would be nice to have is water hose out side front door to wash shoes and feet off. to help control the sand from coming in . work out great at our summer place at Delaware beach place . over all would stay there again

started over 40 years ago with sailing there which resulted in some life long friendships.
We have spent the last 10 years vacationing in the Virgin Islands two to three times a year. Now we have purchased a condo we can share with others.

We feel that Cowpet Bay East is the best complex in St Thomas. It's on a quiet beach, has watercrafts for rent, two restaurants to choose from and it's close to Red Hook, where you can find everything to meet your needs.
