Some of the images provided do not appear to be from inside the unit, and in the ones that are, the setup—particularly the bed linens—had been altered from how our professional cleaning team had prepared the space prior to your arrival. We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously, and the unit was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Additionally, VRBO has been notified of the concerns you raised, and we have provided all supporting documentation for their review so they can fairly assess the situation.
