Bedroom 1 with AC:
1 Queen bed with 2 pull out singles ( 4 pax )

Bedroom 2 with AC :
5 Single beds ( 5 pax )

2nd floor library (Open space, no AC):
1 day bed + optional 6 single latag style mattresses (9 pax)

1st floor open den:
1 sofa bed + 1 day bed with pull out (4pax)

3 bathrooms:
1 downstairs and 2 upstairs
No water heater

Basic tableware and cookware
Bread toaster
Grilling area

If you will be availing this, you can arrive at Phillip's Sanctuary at 8 AM to do the activities and check in after at Balay Natu at 2 PM

Due to our remote location, our electric supply fluctuates.

We kindly ask you to conserve energy by powering down unused AC units and lights.

We provide 24-hour security and free parking

Inside the Estate, you will find Noy Pepe Farm Cafe, offering preordered group meals. Please check the menu in our gallery for options.

For ala carte or small orders, I am happy to assist you in ordering from the nearby restaurant. Kindly inform me in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements.

On your way to our farm, you will also pass by Little Baguio, adding to the scenic experience of your journey.
Other things to note
Disconnect to Connect:
Please note that there is limited LTE and wifi connection in the area, but this provides you with the opportunity to disconnect from technology and immerse yourself in nature. It's the perfect setting to appreciate your surroundings and enjoy quality time with family and friends without any distractions.

Please be aware that there are no fast-food restaurants or convenience stores near our home. However, you can find variety stores and some food stores within a 10-15 minute drive. It is advisable to purchase the necessary food, ice, and other supplies in the city before heading to our home.


Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:30 AM.


The initial rate is based on a maximum of 10 guests. However, please note that the house can accommodate up to 22 guests. To ensure you receive the correct rate for your stay, it is important to book according to your actual headcount.

For additional headcount after 16 guests (as 16 is the maximum allowed on Airbnb), please settle the arrangements directly with us.

Additional headcount rates after 10 guests are as follows:

Guests aged 11 and above: P 1,000/person
Guests aged 4 to 10: P 500/person (discounted when paid directly)
Guests aged 3 and below: Free


If your group exceeds the maximum capacity, you have the option to book additional cabins within our estate. Those staying in the other cabins can join your group for swimming, fellowship, meals, and other activities. Please check my profile for other available listings.
