Our homey 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium unit is your home-away-from-home in upscale BGC. It comes complete with high-end appliances, a Smart TV, washer & drier, microwave oven, toaster, cooktop & oven, cookware, dishes, cutlery and a storage room. Our place sleeps 4 to 6 adults. St. Luke’s Hospital, Grand Hyatt Hotel, and some International Schools are a few blocks away. WiFi access and Netflix. Subject to availability, in-building parking is included.
The space
The unit offers views of the Laguna Lake and mountain ranges as well as the swimming pool, kids park and garden areas of the condominium.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, side tables, floor lamp, reading chair, ample closet with a full-length mirror, and a spacious en-suite toilet & bath.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, side table, lamp and a closet with a full-length mirror.

In the cozy living room is a sofa bed that easily converts into a queen-sized bed that can accommodate 2 adults. For entertainment, it has a Smart TV with streaming video (Netflix) and local digital channels. Gadget chargers are also available.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with Samsung Refrigerator and Microwave Oven, Elba stove and oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. The dining table sits 4 comfortably, with all the dishes, table linen and cutlery you need.

All toilets have heated rain showers, bidet, first aid kit, hair dryer and toiletries.

The unit comes with a Samsung washer & drier combo (7.5kg capacity and provisions for steaming and air-drying clothes (clothes steamer included). The place also features a bonus storage room.

The air conditioners, refrigerator and washing machine are all energy-efficient and environmentally friendly inverter types.

Free WiFi for internet access and in-building parking are included.
Guest access
The unit is wheelchair accessible but the toilet is not equipped for PWD needs. The swimming pool and function rooms in the building may be used subject to prior notice and applicable condominium rules.
Other things to note
Long-term stays are preferred, with discounted rates.

For stays beyond one week, bed sheets and towels are changed at no extra charge. 5-gallon filtered water is provided weekly. Additional cleaning services may be availed of during extended stays, subject to fees.
