Located in the Belgrade Lakes region this home is nearby Colby and Thomas College, Maine General and NorthernLight Inland Hospital, centrally located between Waterville and Augusta, and 1 hour to the Maine coast as well as ski mountains. Enjoy hiking, fishing, exploring Maine, and more! For great dining options your commute is 10 minutes, or you can stay in and have delivery from one of our local eateries.

First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom a twin size bed, and sun porch a daybed with full linens for additional guest. Best suited for 2 adults and 1-2 children maximum.

A great place to stay while visiting Colby college. Clean and lovely spot. Convenient location for campus. Bonus: beautiful pond for swimming 5 minutes away.

This property had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very congenial and responsive. This cottage has more room than you would expect and was very sunny and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had an excellent 3 night stay. The cottage was spacious enough for our family of four and everything was taken care of to make for a comfortable stay. I liked that the cottage is on a quiet dead end street. The bed in the office is a bit hard but other than that we had no issues at all and would happily return if we have plans in Waterville area in the future.

This cottage is a wonderful, comfortable and a warmly decorated space. It is in a very quiet area but close to a lot of different experiences. The host Erika is easy to communicate with and we had no problems while there. It would be fair to tell folks who are planning to cook meals there that the host requests no heavily odored foods including garlic and onions. That feels important to me as a person who cooks. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very clean and welcoming

The place is easy to find, centrally located for anything in Waterville Maine - specially if you have someone at Thomas college, very clean and organized. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Quaint Little Cottage

We stayed at the Quaint Little Cottage while visiting Thomas College. Very easy to get to and from Waterville/the lake and a great alternative to a hotel room. The communication with the hosts was fantastic and the property was clean/exactly as advertised. We would stay here again!

Stayed one night on route to a wedding in New Brunswick, Canada. Very clean and comfortable cottage! Many thoughtful touches like books and extra blankets and cold water bottles in the fridge. On a quiet lot and convenient to the highway.

We loved our stay at Erica’s cottage. We were there for an overnight to attend a wedding. The cottage was adorable, clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint little cottage

It was a lovely cottage and private but yet close to town. It was a wonderful stay and an enjoyable place. My only thing was not enough kitchen utensils and basic amenities.

Comfy weekend close to Colby

Good beds/pillows, cute quiet, older cottage with everything we needed. Nicer than a hotel. Erika was quick to respond and flexible. We will be back!

My mother who came up ftom Alabama and I had a very lovely stay. Erika thought of everything for her Airbnb. The bath towels were big and plush. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use them because it was hot out, but there were extra cozy blankets if needed. We made a few meals there. I was pleasantly pleased with the sharp knife we found for cutting veggies and the variety of pots and pans with covers. They came in several sizes. I was always able the find the perfect size I needed. We found dish detergent in the kitchen which came in very handy. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were even Q tips and a first aid kit(which I'm happy to say we didn't need )Between the a/c and fan, we stayed cool on those hot summer nights.The "cottage " was a very classy, neat and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It's a great place to stay!!! I highly recommend Sunrise Bagel and Early Bird for breakfast. Which are very near by. And if you need groceries and don't want to travel very far, there is Buddies that also has a pharmacy. The Quaint Cottage is away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet area, but you don't need to travel far for the conveniences.Would difinately stay there again!

Adorable!

Cottage is just like pictured and described! Super cute, quaint, SPOTLESSLY clean, and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, beds were all comfortable and everything we would need was there. The AC worked great at cooling the whole cottage pretty much and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was so clean, comfortable and a charming space! Lot’s of attention to the details both in decor and amenities. Erika was a fantastic host- very thoughtful. She reached out to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did). The house is within 10 minutes of Colby College, so a perfect place to stay when visiting our son. Also, the house is just around the corner from the Korner Store and Deli which has fantastic lobster rolls and hot sandwiches. Would definitely stay here again!
