Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need for preparing a meal . Beautiful view from balcony . Scott is very prompt with responses and on top of his property rental. Will rent this condo again. Enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I were impressed with the larger living and dining room space then we typically have stayed at in previous Myrtle Beach vacations.Also the instructions provided by our host were detailed and very easy to understand.We are very likely to want to come back to this apartment on our next vacation.

The condo is great for a family of six. It is fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The issue we had while there was that the beds are very hard and we had to buy a mattress topper for the king bed in order to be able to sleep on it. We discussed this with the host, but he said no one else has complained about the firmness of the beds. We offered to leave the mattress topper at the condo for others in the future if he reimbursed us, but he declined. There was also a smell of marijuana from the neighbors throughout the week, especially when we walked in the door to the condo. It was also bothersome when sitting on the patio. The description of the condo also stated there was a balcony off the master bedroom, but that was not correct. It did have 2 refrigerators in the unit which was very helpful! Overall, a great place to stay, except for the beds.

We understand that mattress comfort varies from person to person—some guests prefer a firmer mattress, while others prefer something softer. We aim to provide a firmness level somewhere in the middle to comfortably accommodate a wide range of guests, though individual preferences may differ. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the neighboring marijuana odor. The neighboring unit is also a vacation rental, so guests come and go regularly and, unfortunately, their actions are outside of our control. Beautiful condo! It was very clean, spacious, decorated perfectly for the beach, and in a great location. The balcony and the view from the living room were some of our favorite parts!
