The best getaway home we ever enjoyed!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful home! Great views of lake! The home was super comfortable and Relaxing! The home had a well stocked kitchen and great internet! Great TV and very comfortable beds! We plan to come in the summer so we can enjoy eating our meals on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake!

Wonderful Retreat - Sited with Many WIndows Looking out at the Water

The house is well sited with living area looking onto a porch and out at Lake Champlain. We had several nights with amazing sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and appliances to make things easy. The front view of the house belies the wall of windows on the Lake side, which offers great views of the water. The house is new construction and the heat was warm. We would definitely stay here again. For us it was a wonderful retreat to read and watch the ocean. The management company was helpful and accessible when we had questions on opening the front door and an appliance. The house was very clean.

Lakewood in Swanton

It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly want in a lake house. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the lake that made you feel you were right on the water. A great place to relax and have dinner or a drink. Everthing was top notch with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. The property is in a perfect location to enjoy the fall foligage and the lake. We will be back next fall or summer.Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful but smelly home

This home has so much potential and with a few tweaks it definitely can be 5 stars. However there was such a horrible smell in the home, think mothballs exploded, that even carried with us after we left as our clothes were enveloped with them. Our queen bed was fitted with a full size sheet and after repeated requests to Vacasa, nothing was changed. Pillows were very uncomfortable and wifi almost non-existent most of the trip. We have ATT and would have used our data but coverage at the home was very poor (not Vacasa's problem) but hurt us because we were in town for work and really needed the wifi. Lots of little issues with the the home which was super disappointing for a new build. We even tried to check out early because the smell was causing major headaches but were told we would forfeit the remaining nights so we stuck it out. Proceed with caution.
