Location is Everything. Downtown home overlooking amazing Seneca Lake Harbor.

Imagine waking up and preparing coffee and breakfast in our newly remodeled Kitchen with doube ovens and convection stove top. Take your coffee out and enjoy the views of the harbor and Seneca Lake from our
large porch or our deck top. They are amazing, You are a short walk to those tour boats going by! This home is set up to enjoy group get togethers. There is a seperate living room (Or pull out the bed from the couch and enjoy as a seperate bedroom.) Ideal for the kids to enjoy the video games and second TV. Large great room for dining and get togethers. Most guest love to spend their time on the expansive front porch. Walk just a block to the harbor, resturants and the Harbor Park and tour boats. Short distance to enjoy all that Watkins Glen and the surrounding areas have to offer. Watkins Glen State Park and Gorge Trail (less than 1 mile) Wine Trail (house is located on it) and Breweries. Clute Park on Seneca Lake, Kayaks and Boat Rentals, Corning and Corning Glass Museum, Ithaca and Cornell University, Hiking and bikeing trials. Farmers Markets and Local craft and Art Vendors.

It’s a very old house and it is definitely in need of a lot of work however we did enjoy ourselves and it was adequate for both location and space

This is a well kept, older home in a nice location. The host was very attentive and helpful. The bunkbeds upstairs are sleepable, but definitely at the end of their life. Pull out couch is damaged and not good for sleeping. Otherwise, the beds are very nice and the accommodation is quite satisfactory. We would recommend for families looking for lodging close to town.
