Great location

This small back house is so cute and a short walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and owner adds many special touches. We loved our stay and hope to stay again soon.

This was my second stay here and it was just as convenient as I remembered. Great location. Close to the beach and the canals. Farmers market was just down the street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with the host!!

Great stay

Ingrid‘s place is super cozy, the bed and sheets are of good quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with restaurants, the famous Venice canals and the beach in walking distance. Ingrid is very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. We could even stay a little longer than noon on our last day so that we could enjoy the beach once more.

I highly recommend Florian and Anna . They were the most wonderful guests one could imagine. They were quiet and respectful of my property, and left my “Beach House” neat and clean. Ingrid was a great host. The place was perfect for two people but can accommodate more and has everything you may need for a home. Everything was clean and the instructions for everything were clear and easy to understand. The location is also great and had everything we needed nearby.
