This beautiful 3-story Destin vacation rental is located in the gorgeous community of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, offering access 2,400 acres of white sandy beaches, a spa, a marina, walking and bike trails, shopping, events, and more. Le Jardin #150 also offers 2 complimentary 4-hour bicycle rentals each day, 1 hour of complimentary kayak and boogie board use, 1 free hour of tennis court time, and discounts at 4 award-winning golf courses – Raven, Links, Baytowne, and Burnt Pine.

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach townhome has space to sleep up to 8 guests, 1,700 square feet of space, 10-foot ceilings, a beautiful front patio, spa-like bathrooms, chic tropical décor, modern amenities, and a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom has a private balcony; two have king-size beds and the third has a full-over-full bunk. The luxe living room has a big screen TV mounted on the wall, and there is a nice dining table for meals or board games together. Guests will also have access to a community pool and a community grill, along with lovely walkways throughout the village.

Awesome Place to Stay @ Baytown Wharf!!

This is the nicest property I have ever booked on VRBO. My buddies and I went to Sandestin for a 3-day golf tournament, and we had a blast! The property is in the heart of Baytown Wharf and walking distance to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, Bars, and all type of eatery's are right there. We even had a friend that got on the zipline! This area is also very kid friendly. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay and everything you did for us.
