Cozy place to stay

We loved our stay! The house was so nice. I didn’t realize it’s proximity to the restaurants & bar, so one night was a bit loud, but all the other nights were fine!

Absolutely the best location!

This is my 2nd time staying in this condo and the location still is the best one. Right next door to all the fun of Baytowne Wharf with the quiet laid back feel of the bay. It's alot of steps to get to the top floor (43 to be exact), but once you're there, it is worth it.

Perfect location in Baytowne Wharf

The location of this townhome is perfect for access to all the activites in Baytowne Wharf. The front porch is on the bay side which is quiet, and the back door is a great cut-thru to get to the parking lot and pool. We were there over Memorial Day and watched the fireworks right off the top floor balcony. You'll get a leg workout in every time you make the climb to the master bedroom, but the amenities up there really are worth it.

Nice location

Great location! Property is managed by Sandestin so you do have to do check in through the property, it’s not a keypad, but with that you get all the benefits of booking directly with Sandestin like the shuttles. The unit is very nice. The only minor complaint we had was that the internet would sometimes cut out or be hard to connect to. Lots of stairs, so be sure everyone is able to physically handle that before booking.

Not newly renovated

Great townhome & location. Dissapoimted in furnishings. The sofa and chair were not clean looking. Dinning chairs wobbly and not comfortable.

Baytowne Wharf Stay

Overall out stay was very nice. The only comments we have: the chair in the living room is in need of cleaning and the bigger bedroom on the 2nd floor the mattress needs replaced. The front door doesn't feel secure when you leave and can't apply the deadbolt, in fact it appears that the front door has been broken into in the past. Overall I would still give a high 4 rating, just some minor updating. Thank you!
