Minutes from Lake Texoma - Sandy Beach, Oakview Beach, and boat ramps. Quick boat trip to north islands party spot! Nice yard to hang out after the lake. Fenced in area for dogs. Plenty of parking, 4 spots on west side of the house, and an open lot on the right side of the house. Bring boats, atvs, etc. Come for a peaceful getaway, fun on the lake, and fishing!
